i received my caips today

and i got caips and gcms

on caips it said

PAPER FILE SENT TO PA  FILE  BF`D TO : RET ON 18-11-2012  MICROLOCATOR

I received my caips notes a few weeks ago and it states
PAPER FILE SENT TO CB B/F FILE 60W 25/1/12 MIXROLOCATOR
What does this mean? I am a 2007 applicant

It means that you are pre-C50 applicant and you are the least priority therefore they moved your file to a place to deal with it later.

BFD means VO will review your file on OR before that date.

plz give other details of your caips.
