CAIPS Code and how to understand them

I have today received my CAIPS report and I need help from QORAX and other seniors please. If there is such a guide, please advise.

There are three things really that I must know.

Status--------- SEC CRIM
Medical --------Stage Validity
IMM1017S Requested -------30 July 2010

File BFD ------PCL on 25.10.2011.   BFD is bring forward date. What is PCL on 25.10.2011

I never received a request for IMM1017S, that is the medical request. Right.

I am a NOC4131 applicant from Pakistan. Applied in Dec.2009, recived fees etc 14.1.2010, 120 day mail 5 March 2010, 2ND AOR 30 June 2010.
Nothing since then.
My son born in November 2011 has not been added and neither they have charged my debit card. I gave them my UK debit card number.

They have only given me 10 points for my age, 31 but everything else is 0. Total points 10.

What is happening. By this speed, I shall never get a decision.

Advice please seniors.

As I know PCL is just internal (interdepartment) file transfer nothing more, it's BFD one to another internaly.
