I would like to know why I need to get the CAIPES? and also what are the difference between CAIPES notes and Foot notes?

In addition, are those I would like to know which one I need to request in order to get the comments about my file?

Thanks

HI,

I have sponsored my wife from outside canada . I live in canada so i can order myself. Thanks  Kanamen  you are doing a great social work. keep the good work up
This being said sponsor has been approved and now the file is in my country VO.

1) I being a sponsor ( do i have rights to see the GCMS notes to see the application file number?)
2) Should i need the principal applicant's (my spouse's) consent for the same?
3) There is a 4a or 4b to choose physical file or electronic file? Which one should we select.

Should i sent GCMS notes or CAIPES notes?
Please someone give me the details on the same.

Dear Piku,

I am sorry to hear abour your situation. I understand your frustration.
If you read my post , I wanted to apply for notes myself and just wanted to understand the detail of applying for one.

I have no ways to connect with Mr.Kanamen. I just appreciated him for his offer he does for free.

As per my understanding you have to apply for 3 different notes as i believe they must maintain one note per application.

If you want to appeal or understand , go for the notes with most recent application.
Good luck
