there is another form..(authority to release personal information to a designated individual) ...is this form to be filled by the applicant and by the co-applicant separately?

Yes my friend , one consent letter is enough for both , the Principal applicant and spouse.(For other dependent like son,daughter,brother or sister , over 18 you need another consent.) No bro ,just one is OK ,don't put extra pressure on CIC by sending extra documents |
