I just started working last september and i'm in the process of submitting my papers to sponsor my wife and daughter..but i dont have any C-print out of my income cause i havent filed any tax return but i do pay my tax since september can i process my papers with my employers letter stating my annual salary and hours of work?

That's fine, just include a note to explain why you are not submitting an option C.

Am not really sure.. But maybe a copy of your pay slips and an explanation why you can't submit C printout... Anybody ?

I just submitted my pay slips, and provided a note that I would submit the Option C if requested for 2010 tax year. ( the year I submitted application ).  I also provided convincing evidence that Anna and I would not need welfare nor were collecting welfare.  I received no request for option C and AIP was granted.

My problem was that I had not submitted a tax return for 2009 and didn't want further delays.

I also did not submit a option C print out. I included pay stubs, a letter explaining why I couldn't submit one. I also asked my employer for a letter of employment, with the amount of hours, length of employment and yearly salary. I still got approved. Good luck.
