Bussiness Immigration- Is it the right choice?

I am planning for biz immigration. Actually I am from India. I want to know
1> What is time frame and fastest biz immigration category?
2> The rules says showing net worth? Does it mean that when you move to canada you need to liquidate your assets?
3> When you start your biz in canada, does it need to be any specific investment amount? Business range from 10k to 1million+. I need to know whats the minimum threshold limit?

To qualify for the federal immigration program, you need to be able to make an investment of $800K in the country and have a minimum net worth of $1.6 million. This program is closed to new applications at this time:
