Business Registration For Non-Canadian - Best Value For Money

Hi All, I already own a Limited Liability Company in UK and would like to register a branch in Canada. I am considering Ontario or/and Quebec (Where my spouse and I have applied)
Does any one know of a good registrar that is well priced (cheap) in either province?
