Immigration as an investor to PE

Hey

I read that i've to invest cad $ 135,000 in the Prince Edward Island economy and i should have net assets of cad $ 400,000.... Now I am gonna apply as the main applicant but the money earned n the business owned is by my spouse... i have a legal letter which says that watever he owns is ours... i've been working in ministry of health for past 20 yrs but m a partner in ma husband's business.... so would it work if i apply as the main applicant???

m confused... help!!!!
