Ok my uncle wants to visit us in Toronto,Ontario,Canada and he lives in Los Angeles,California,USA and he only has a green card no passport is it possible for him just to travel with the green card? or what can he use as a valid travel document??????what else can he do??????

He can use the green card to enter Canada, but if he flies the US requires a passport to return, unless they have changed their mind again
