Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if a foreign national can come here to study English (with a study visa) in order to improve their English skills and then switch to a becoming a business entrepreneur?  Seeing as one of the selection criteria is language capabilities, it's important to be able to speak the language.

You have to apply for stuent visa. But on completion of your studies you could apply as a provincial nominee
