Business Entry to Canada**URGENT**

Hi,
  I am a resident of India.I have come to California (Company Headquarters)for a business visit B1.I have got immigration till 21 May in US.Can i apply for Canadian Visa from US,fly to Canada,stay there for 15 days  and then come back to US without me having to go to India ?

You can apply to Canadian office in the US, but with no ties to the US, it is unlikely that you will be issued a TRV.  But you can never tell.  http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/los_angeles/imm/visa_temp.aspx?lang=eng
