Yes, if you come from a country that's not in the visa waiver program...then yes you need a US visa...

Actually checking at this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp which has been updated May/4/2011 it says it gets 31 business days to recieve the PR card, according to that my PR card will be sent next week... |

Hello everyone...
like you guys said, i put my client id to use e-cas and they entered the first info , it says application received.It was a big relief seeing that my package got delivered to the correct address or was not lost in the mail.
It took them 6.5 months to enter it into the e-cas after receiving the application package. Still no AOR though, plus i sent them an email ,which took them 4 hours to respond which was super fast...inquiring about my AOR, They said, buffalo currently takes 30 weeks to send AOR, just wanted to share, we'll post later on again.

One more thing....
I've just read on another forum that if the application deadline mentioned on the pnp certfiicate is not extended and buffalo starts processing it after the deadline has passed, even though buffalo received the application before the deadline they may not accept the application and send you back the whole application package. How true is this ? Should I contact manitoba pnp office and tell them to extend the certificate date or something ?
