superboy,
agree, I am expecting too. seeing Jovan's news, I have some hopes now, because at least people received IA and their files are still in Buffalo, it means they still have some movement.
4mfamily and super boy...we have similar timelines and we three got the IA in Nov 2010. Like Superboy my RPRF was received Dec 28 and cashed first week of January. I have a feeling that before the end of Feb 2011, we should get our PPR. Have you folks sent any Status Updates. I also plan to send CAIPS on March 1, 2011, if I did not receive PPR by then....

Hey guys! So its seems that IA is a good thing, or maybe the last thing you hear before they request your passport, am I right? Here is our case. We got nominated from Quebec July-23 Sent application to Buffalo Aug-11 AOR and medicals were dated Nov-08, but there was mistake in our address so they got delayed and we received them mid Dec Along with them there was another envelope with the IA dated Dec-13, but our excitement about the medicals totally blinded us, so we did not read carefully what the IA said.... So yesterday something pushed me to open and read once again everything carefully and I saw it in the IA they said if we havent paid the RPRF now its time to do so..... We ran to the bank yesterday and sent it immediately , but I hope its not too late...

RPRF can be paid anytime before issuance of Visa. of course, they will not give you the visa without the good old cash.. So you are just fine.

Huh! That is strange indeed. Did you put that little sticker/barcode on the envelope that you sent...I was surprised too when my bank said the draft has been cashed - a week after they received it... Sometimes Customer Service do wonders....I hope she knew what she was doing....

I sent it via Canada post - express post and I tracked it and it was delivered in Dec/21st. I surely put the stickers on the envelope and the letter as well as I wrote down my file # and name at the back of the draft.. both stickers the BCPNP green one and the file # sticket from CIC.

O Ok. May be I was not clear. By 'landing' I meant, you will have to cross the Canadian Border and get in back to complete the Permanent Residence Status...Here, http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/contact/listing/indexpages/indextype38-e.htmlGood lucking Waiting - hope not a long one this time.
