Sinbad - Is decision made under 'In Process'.
It might be mailed this Friday and you will receive it next week for sure. Did you mail them a Priority Envelope with the passport.

Good for you, Sinbad.
Mine still In Process and obviously not mailed out - Mine is 3 days later than yours... Perhaps something should happen next week.

It was sent out yesterday night. In ur case, it has to go to Fort Erie(spelling??). So maybe the status may get updated today or tmw.

Buffalo used to send out passports within 10 days (including weekends) in Feb. May be now the volume of passports received by them is higher...

superboy, i went to the Public Health clinic and have the nurse fill already. thanks a lot!
I asked my friend who got the PPR few months ago, they applied under skilled worker , and they never receive this immunization record for their kids from NY office.  She told me maybe their kids are already at school, but same as me.. so strange.

TO ALL who have kids under 16 years old and are requested to fill the IMMUNIZATION RECORD FORM sent from CIC:

Here is what I did. I contacted the health immunization department, the lady who helped me out not only accepted to send me an email so I could send the scanned document that I received from CIC along with the COPRs back to her but also she copied the doctor who handled my son's vaccination when we first came in 2008. So by doing that the authorized professional has printed and filled the form for me and also printed it out from the computer with an additional copy since she said my son may need that in the future for the post-secondary education. hence, I killed 2 birds in one shot...so I suggest you to do the same, it won't hurt on the contrary you will also know what vaccines are completed and which ones are still needed for your kids.... Wink

No worries, that is random I think so just bring it in and if the officer asks for it you can give it to him/her...

It's the first time I heard about sending passports to visa office and getting a Canadian passport in return... You are lucky! LOL But seriously, it is highly unusual. Does it come with a cover letter explaining why? Maybe you can check e-cas, send a case specific enquiry...
