Hi All

Look at my time line..

My e-cas is IN PROCESS since 1st Feb, 2011 and then there is no msg from Buffalo.

It has same details as RBVO, i think all IN PROCESS with same details as RBVO is bugs in system.

and our files are not IN Process really, because i had noted that once file got IN Process status with date of processing start we should get MR in within month.

But in our case almost 3-4 months passed and no progress yet.

What is your views friends?Huh??

Your File is in process:
includes background check;
documents verification etc.
ones they will done with above, if they require any additional documents, they will ask you or VO will ask you to submit Medicals and RRF fees.

Well it doesn't mean any thing in case of Buffalo. if you send them email now they will tell you that you file is still in queue for initial review and they can't tell how long it will take. Normally status changes to in process after initial review is completed.

I had sent case specific inquiry 3 weeks ago but no reply yet.

Buffalo is very frustrating, i don't understand what they are doing there in office whole day?Huh

I don't see any progress at Buffalo from starting of this year...1st quarter is all ready passed and 1 month in 2nd quarter.

No movement at all, my lawyer told me they hadn't got even single MR or PPR in this 4 months.

i think one of us who lives in Buffalo or near Buffalo or has someone he/she knows who works in Buffalo VO ... should volunteer and get some inside information on what is going on in Buffalo VO ... cz the situation is coming to a head ... Sad
