Buffalo VO. How long it takes to receive PPR once your file is "in process"?

Hi everyone,

I was thinking about submitting an enquiry as its taking really long for Buffalo to respond. After how long I can expect PPR? below is my timeline.

APPLIED                         - MAY 17 2011
AOR                              - AUG 15 2011 (EMAIL)
CRIMINAL CHECK             - SEPT 10 2011 (EMAIL)
MEDICAL REQUESTED        - SEPT 15 2011
MEDICAL DONE                 - SEPT 24 2011
MEDICAL SENT                - OCT 07 2011

Ecas shows "we started processing your application on Oct 26 2011" "medicals have been received"

I have not heard from VO since then.

Any suggestions?  thanks

After that there is no response, Can any advice how long it will take

yesterday i did ask through email about my status and they replied back saying that

your application on quee for review............!!!!


hope it will be done soon and i will have PPR.....!!

yes happy our files are very similar... i heard we need to wait 3 months after medical received by VO. before submitting an enquiry. its only 2 months for me so far....

jsa did your file got transferred to CPP-Ottawa? if yes, you are way luckier than both of us lol... im pretty sure you will receive PPR sooner than us... even though you have applied in june while we applied a month earlier
