Ram84, Thanks for letting me know. Just for clarification purpose........did the VO ask you for the above documents or you sent them by figuring out from your CAIPS. Like I said earlier my meds were done in March 2012 and i am debating for raising the CAIPS query, is it going to do any benefit for me? Is the 6 week wait time worth it for CAIPS reply. Hi ram84, Buffalo also asked me to provide them some additional documents in May. ottawa told me the specific address in June in the reply to my enquiry. The address was presented at the page 54 of this thread by Payal. I saw you already done the medcial exam in last Nov but Buffalo still asked you to supplement some document. What did Buffalo ask? |

No Update so far..Medical request submitted in May and ecase show "Medical Request Received"..but nothing after that...hope that this wait gets over soon and everyone gets their much awaited PPR soon...

My status changed to process in the morning and my wife checked from home and again application received by VO again I checked same like application received by VO I don't know what is this I got the mail confirmation from NYVO on sep 1 st please help me friends at least not in processs after almost 1 year I don't know what to think please anybody is waiting like me 1 year time to change in to in process  ? |

some body post this on other thread may be it helps to everyone who are waiting for ppr
I had approached local Member of Parliament (MP) office from my area, to request for the time taken to process my FSW application, which is currently "In process" with Buffalo VO from Nov'2011 onwards. I receieved positive PER from CIO in Oct'2011. Am in FSW2 category.
Today I received a call from MP office informing that my file would be moved to Ottawa office from Buffalo VO and the transfer process would take 8-10 weeks beginning from June '2012. The processing would again start after that period, so probably in Aug'2012. Also, he informed that CIC is moving slowly in processing FSW applications.
So all applicants who have FSW applications with Buffalo, need to expect 8-10 weeks of delay in the processing timelines.
Am posting this information, just in case someone who would be in same boat as I am.

My medical is done on March and additional documents(FBI police certificate) were sent to Buffalo VO on early April.
It is taking so long!!
Do you know why our files were transferred to Ottawa?
