What could be the reason for not sending PPR?
I guess that they want you to land in a fixed time frame later in 2012 and which is not anytime soon.
I know a person who did his Medical 3 months ago. no PPR yet.

Not sure why the delay for PPR. They had asked for my updated FBI which they received during first week of May. No change in e-case status either regarding receiving medicals. My sixth sense had been saying me to expect something unexpected  I guess Buffalo office closure is the unexpected thing. But one thing my friend pointed out from the article is that the news of closure will be released sometime next week, so the exact date could possibly be sometime in the future. Lets hope for the best. Was the person's VO....Buffalo? Regards, NM423 |

Hi Friends,
Just wanted to share this news that i got the letter in mail today and VO is not satisfied with my job duties no complains but the letter they send me with the explanation does not make any meaning with my job experience like VO is confused with my previous and current job i am working since 2002 to till date most of the years in USA and they are telling that i dont have 1 year paid experience than how the hell i am in USA since 2005 they gave me 60 days to explain my job duties and experience i dont know if writing a explanation letter is going to help.
Guys if i reply to this letter with proper picture of my duties and experience is that going to work or game over.

won't hurt to try if I were you i will send as many things I can paystubs, letters from employers, taxes etc.... |

dont worry, Security checks are started after completing the Medical.
wherever your file is shifted from CHC Buffalo, that office will work on your file at first coz you are the front runner for them to process anything; you have done your medical so the obvious thing for them would be to issue the PPR.
His VO is CHC Singapore. arlnr

are you sure you followed the standard format in preparing the job experience papers and duly signed them by your current and previous bosses?
You are very lucky that they have not rejected you, rather they found something to give you a 2nd chance. use it, better show your Jobs and duties letters to forum members those represented the same NOC as you did.
pm me that. I will try telling you the flaw in your J/D letter; probably advise you something.

Is there any online instruction for this?
Another bad news is that Buffalo office will be shut down shortly..... what do you guys think about this piece of news?
