Med done on:Feb. 28 (in advance)
Med reached Ottawa: March 15.
I also did the MR in advance at the end of January and it reached Ottawa at the beginning of Feb. I sent the email to Buffalo last week to check if they received my MR. They replied that they haven't gotten the MR. Based on your timeline, it only took less than 1 month. Do you know how to check the status of my MR in Ottawa? Thanks. |

My DMP gave me the tracking number, but I don't know how to check the status of the file in the Ottawa office system. But I've read somewhere else on this forum that it takes some time (4~6 weeks) for the buffalo office to 'download' the file into their system. Your PPR is on the way. i am wondering  how can someone submit their medicals in advance without the forms.. i am currently waiting for my medical requests.i did file it through my attorney and she insists that without the medical forms/reqest docs i cannot schedule and appointment with the DMP. Please share how do you submit medicals in advance??? |

Some DMP has the form in their office. When you call to make an appointment, just ask if you can do it in advance. i am wondering how can someone submit their medicals in advance without the forms.. i am currently waiting for my medical requests.i did file it through my attorney and she insists that without the medical forms/reqest docs i cannot schedule and appointment with the DMP. Hey friend, I also had the same issue. The Ottawa office does not sent the medical report to the Visa office unless your second file number is being created and your file is open for processing. I had the same issue and from some where in internet I got the Ottawa office phone and fax numbers. They will be little rude as these numbers are not for the public. 613-941-6641 613-941-2170 613-941-9528 613-941-2179 613-954-9019 613-941-5043 call them they will email the report immediately. I am wondering how 2 applications can be different. My friend, who applied at the same time with me and is FSW3 as me, got his MR two month ago and just landed last week.

Hi Shadow_moon, Did you try to contact the Buffalo Consulate? I have sent them email query about my current status. This is what I got Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete. Canadian Consulate General Buffalo I'm not sure how long does it take to sent ME... FSWCEC |

Congratulations. How did you get the PPR (e-mail or regular mail)? Did your online status details change? Did they include the statement that Medicals were received on <date>? When did you do your medicals and when did Ottawa receive the results? Thanks in advance!! All the best!! |
