Instead of delaying pre-june applicants more (becz they are already so much delayed), Buffalo VO should take some time from CEC or post june files.

It is true..there is no update on our files yet...All it shows is RBVO.Lets hope we all hear the good news soon ...Kept my fingers crossed.. Roll Eyes

Has anyone heard something about landing as a PR "within" Canada? I mean without crossing the border.

My problem is that I will land sooner than my wife and she is going to land later and I was wondering if there is anywhere close to Toronto for her.

Yes there is. But my question is why are you worried about crossing the border?
She can go to Niagra falls and land easily after main applicant has already landed. It's quite normal over there.
As I said before, if you are main applicant she can land later at any border
You can also send her document to CPC centre and they will do the landing procedure without her but it takes almost 3 months and she should land after you finish landing!
It's up to you.!

Don't worry. After they hand back your passports stamped, they will give you a letter along with them clearly mentioned how you can land with or without crossing the border.

i really pissed off by this process
i am waiting for ppr from last 4 months
my b'fd date was march 2nd according to capis , but i did not get anything yet
i do not know what to do know
i should order capis again or wait
coz i did case enquiry , but same old reply that ur file in que
let how many days it will take more

I did fax letter to buffalo. is it ok.

Lets hope all March and April 2010 applicant get MR by end of this month.
