I am planning to do my medicals in advance, what you guys suggest?
Is it worth at this moment or should i need to wait for MR request by Buffalo VO.

My suggestion is to wait for their request, if u do that too early, it might be expired, since u never know when will they send u ME.

Hello Everyone, here's another time line, I'm a bit further on than you all so, see my special advise at the end!

We are applying under PNP in BC.  We got PNP approval in july 2010. It took 6 months.  We submitted our Application to Buffalo for PR in December 2010.  It took until mid July 2011 to get Medical Requests.  Meds were done 23 July 2011.  Then, we heard nothing at all until Mid October, when we were asked to provide up to date Police Checks.  4 weeks after submitting them, we got a letter stating that no interview was required, no further documentation was required and could we please send our Right of Permanent Residency fee.  Yippee we thought, Passport Requests are just around the corner! Sadly, 8 WEEKS LATER, we are still waiting for PPR. I have sent to case specific emails, and just got standard replies..... So, I have two bits of advice :- pray your file gets transferred out of Buffalo, and send your Right of Permanent Residency Fee in shortly after you have done your medicals, before they ask for it!
