Buffalo Visa office - Medical + RPRF Submitted, What will be the next step -

I am in Canada,
submitted my Medicals and RPRF Fees, last week on Wednesday, September 8 2010.
so now I am waiting for my papers. As I am already in Canada therefore I don't need visa, but I do need document for PR Card.

OH BTW my visa office is Buffalo.

any idea, what timeline we are looking at?
