When was your last communication from Seattle before your PPR? Probably Feb.8th, this is what I have seen from caips.

Medicals done in Seattle yesterday March 29th. We had the option to pay a little extra so they can send the envelope to Ottawa with Fedex. They also gave us a tracking number.
