I don't think they will reply to emails, and also I suggest waiting. You will be hearing from them soon.

 Any news from Seattle?, your timeline is pretty close to mine. And just a guess, entering the medical into the CIC system depends on number of person(s) involved in the application. Just maybe it may also depend on location
  I am also living in Alberta.

Congrat disco. I am happy. I can see everyone starts getting some good news. I have a question, did you get a deadline to send your passport ?? because at the end of March , I have one week work trip to Latin America and I don't know if I get the passport request what is the best things to do? and let us know please  when you receive your passport for time frame. Thanks

Hi NiceMaple,

No, nothing yet. My wife and I completed our medical exam on Oct. 1 and the Ottawa office received the results on Oct. 24 (We did the medical even before being asked to). I also sent the requested documents along with a copy of our medical result sheets to Seattle on Dec. 14 and they received it the next day. I don't why it is taking so long!!!!

Passport request!
A million thanks to this forum.
Seattle is flying and I think we should give these officers credit: They actually worked hard towards the end of last year (Sep 2011/ 2012 even over the holidays) to process our cases.
I think it approximately takes 30-45 days after medical reaches Ottawa to ask for PPR.
  Goodluck guys and wish you guys the best in Canada.

Please be advised that your application has passed the initial selection. A letter listing the documents required to complete your application will be mailed this month.
