I got the medicals.  I just updated my timelines.  They Asked 6 more documents along with medicals.

1.Updated FBI and PCC for self/spouse.
2.Updated Additional Family Info(IMM5406)
3.Affidavit of birth details inluding date and place of birth with parents name for self/spouse.
4.Certificate of non availability from the municipality in which you were born showing that your birth was not registered for self/spouse.
5.Pay the Right of the PR fee to our office for self/spouse.
6. Medical examination as per the instructions in the letter.

I received  the request to pay the fee in the email of Passport request.
I guess you dont have to pay the fee when sending medical.
I didnt pay anything to CIC for medical. just paid the doctors only and they sent out the results.
(ask for the tracking number of the report, it is good to track it)


Below is the part of the PPR email which all of you will receive soon!

Only submit the passport(s) for those persons who require a visa for Canada. Citizens of a visa-exempt country must submit a clear photocopy of every page in their valid passport ( Please use double sided, or if you prefer not to make copies, you can still submit the original passports).
 
 You must also submit the following item(s) :

__X___    Payment for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for yourself and if possible, your spouse , too(see attached instructions).

Hello Disco1004,

Did they ask you for the FBI certificate...when you submitted RFPR fees ...? Or did you sent all the documents requested when MR request and later submitted FBI request ?

So it's almost 2 months for PP Request right..? As such FBI guys are taking so long ..!!!!!
Even for PP Request there is an additional Fees

Hi everyone,

I was asked to fill out some documents again.
I understand the government has recently updated the NOC codes. Therefore, my NOC work experience is changed from NOC 4122 to 4012. The new NOC is NOT skill level 0, A, or B. So it does not count toward eligible work experience, which I have previously claimed 15 points for 1 year. Do I need to write the old NOC??

Here are my timelines...

April 8, 2010: Application received by NS office
June 21, 2010: 1st AOR
June 29, 2010: Buffalo office may contact you... 2nd AOR never arrived
"In Process" ever since
Medical: Waiting

Jan 26, 2012: Application transferred from Buffalo office to Seattle office... (not to contact the Seattle office for 90 days...)

I don't know what that means, but my guess is (or at least I hope) that I get asked to do my Medical in 90 days...
What's your experience for timelines for the medical request??
