My file was transferred to Seattle on Nov. 08, 2011. It seemed that lots of people are receiving MR these days. But mine is also nothing changed. It is frustrated now  ! Is there any idea that MR will come soon??? Do not waste your time and money.
You will receive MR this or next month.Just relax.People who have your time already receiving MR these days.Do not worry brother.Be patient.
I applied under CEC and they refused me after 15.months because of my IELTS score.After that I applied again under FSW again.
CEC is not fast how they say.

I have similar time line for FSW1
We received your application for permanent residence on January 4, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 1, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Seattle office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Seattle office on March 10, 2010. The Seattle office may contact you.
We transferred your application to the Seattle office on October 14, 2011. The Seattle office may contact you.
Still no news: No MR or any changes in status
As I can see from the posted summary some people got MR even the documents was transferred later. I am worry...

There are so many buddies here file was transfer in early Oct 2012, but still not receive MR, don't worry, Seattle seems so quiet this week, let's see next week, BTW, is your file started processing?

And Seattle is really so quiet this week. Don't know why.

I had also sent an email for address change and status update but no replies yet. I dont think they even read the emails. My address change emails goes back to 2-3 months ago but the system still shows my old address.
I decided to buy mail forwarding service from canada post ...

Hi Everyone, I wanna update you with my case. My application was received on 23rd of Nov 2009 in Buffalo, Received file number on 24th of Dec 2009, My file was reviewed on 13th of Sep 2010. It was transferred on 5th of Oct 2011 to Seattle ( For about a year, they did nothing!). Got my medical on 30th of Dec (Best New Year gift ever). I was told to update the forms and get the police check, so my police check took sometimes but everything was received by Seattle office on 26th of Jan 2012... so now waiting I hope everyone else get some updated news |
