Hi everyone,

Starting Jan. 1st 2012, I am eligible to apply under CEC. Since I have not received any sign of application review from Seattle to this moment, do you think it would be wise for me to apply under CEC?
Other than the fees, is there any downside?

I should mention that my IELTS is going to expire in a couple of months, so I have to send my application in a few days (if I decide).

Your help is appreciated.

Do not waste your time and money.
You will receive MR this or next month.Just relax.People who have your time already receiving MR these days.Do not worry brother.Be patient.

I applied under CEC and they refused me after 15.months because of my IELTS score.After that I applied again under FSW again.
CEC is not fast how they say.
