Thanks so much for sharing this...quick question...can we send an inquiry with in 90 days of Medical done? I read somewhere in this forum that they usually ask to wait for 90 days before sending inquiry in medical. Also, how good are they (from your experience) in responding to such inquiry emails?
Yes they will say to wait for 90 days. But at least I don't have the patience for 90 days wait. So I send it couple of emails and I got the response for every email. I did not receive the response for last email I was asking for my passport timeline. But today I saw that my ecas status changed to Decision made. It is your right to get your query solved and if they think that you have asked your query for genuine reason. they will respond it. Hope this will help you. |

Great. Thank you so much for your inputs. I would send them an email to check if they received meds or not. For me it's greater concern as my DMP refused to provide me the tracking number for Meds to Ottawa. |

Did you send email to your VO or to some email id for Ottawa?
First I send it to VO with my MR letter from DMP and they responded that they have not received MR for my kid and they are waiting for it. Then I sent mail to OTTAWA with the details and they confirmed me in few hours that there was some name problem in my kid form that is why its not received by VO so they corrected the name and updated in the system and I sent it again confirmation email to VO and they responded me with my PPR in 1 week. Nat-Med-Surveillance @ cic.gc.ca email for Ottawa. But I will advise you to send first inquiry email to your VO and if they confirmed your MR its good otherwise you can follow up with Ottawa. Did you have to send updated docs, PCC, RPRF also? When did these reach NYVO (approximately). Whats your plan to send passports to NYVO. Remember you and I are both back in India and can't courier our passports. Best wishes, skFSW,

Vermas, They did not ask me for any updated document. May be because I had provided them updated docs last year to add my spouse to application. So, they only asked me for MR+RPRF. RPRF along with proof of Medical done was received by VO on 9th January. On 7th Feb, I had sent out a CSI to verify whether they received my Med Report or not. Yesterday, They sent me PPR.
