I got an email from them. They said they did not get my documents which I sent on November 10 2011 regarding the change in my family composition. I had sent documents required to add my daughter in my application. I think thats the reason why I am late. I do not know should I send the documents again? I just replied their email today mentioning the date and tracking number of that documents. I need suggestion. should I wait their response for 15 days because they take 15 days to reply an email or send another set of documents. |

Were the new documents you sent related to adding your new born daughter only? I had the experience of adding my daughter too, although I did so before my file was transferred to LA. I sent the copy of my daughter's passport, photos, and US $150 (money order) to Buffalo VO. It all went smoothly. They seemed to have added my daughter. I know this as I saw my daughter's name included in the last email communication I received from Buffalo regarding the transfer of my file.
If you sent your docs with a tracking#, can you not check if they were delivered? If so, I guess they should update your file.
I hope your case would get sorted out soon.

I did my medical on 7 January 2012 and its not refleting in e-cas as of today (one month). Do we know how much time does it take?

vermas, check e-cas at night...around 9 pm. I have noticed that it is usually that when changes are reflected in e-cas. I have the same time line as yours except that my Meds probably reached ottawa around 16th Jan. Do check again later today. I am not sure about the time it takes to reflect on e-cas though. It is not necessary to for everyone to see medical received status on ecas. I got my PPR and now status changed to Decision Made. There was no status update related medical received for me. So don't worry. Just send an inquiry email asking they have received your MR or not. Good luck |

Thanks so much for sharing this...quick question...can we send an inquiry with in 90 days of Medical done? I read somewhere in this forum that they usually ask to wait for 90 days before sending inquiry in medical. Also, how good are they (from your experience) in responding to such inquiry emails? |
