Category 3 (FSW 3): For students or workers who are legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application.

Good to know if you are FSW1. I have been thinking that it is possible CIC expedite/prioritize FSW2 and 3 since most of those who got MR are FS2 and 3.

does any body know these medical exam cost is covered by insurance or not? its expensive here, the doctor is asking $300 for exam and $125 for chest xray. I am family of three. Any suggesstions will be appreciated.

As per DMP list provided by canada immigration, there are just two provider in chicago, and both of them have equal rates. So no luck I guess.

Today I got PPR in email. They did NOT mention any timeframe to submit it, thats interesting, just told that you have to submit before ur medical expires. My 2nd AOR date is in April, 2010 and got Medical and RPRF request last month only. Within a month they processed my medical. My VO is Detroit.

I have a question, I am in Canada for last couple of years and my WP extention is in progress. Whether my WP extension will be immediately cancelled? Or when I will land it will be cancelled, anybody has any thoughts?
