Since I returned to India in June 2010, they have asked me for a new PCC from here only. I had informed VO regarding change of address. I had sumitted Indian PCC and RCMP clearance with my initial application.

Best wishes,

Vermas,
Hi.

Did you change both Mailing and Residential Address on your file? Also, how are you planning to send PP to VO down the road?

Thanks.

Hello DestCan,

I changed residential address only and retained my attorney's address for mailing purposes. I have a valid US visa, I plan to go there (from India) to get the visa stamped in person, when approved. Luckily, I am working with an international airliner (in Corporate Marketing) and get free tickets.

I also wish to explore the possibily of visa stamping at New Delhi VO once my case is approved by NYVO. With CAIPS/GCMS system it may be possible but need to be confirmed.

Cheers..

I read somewhere in forum that it can not be done in NDVO if file is being processed in NYVO (basically, other that NDVO). I have not verified this information. I have a similar case as yours. I am looking for options for sending passport to NYVO when they request for it.

Will it be possible to confirm through your attorney if stampings are possible in NDVO? I will appreciate that.

Thanks.

Sure, I will. if you applied without an attorney, can you pls send a mail to NYVO to seek clarification on this option? They will not entertain query directly from me.

Cheers..

Thanks Vermas.

Vermas,

You could send them an email, however your email address will then replace your Attorney's. (Not sure if your attorney will entertain breach in protocol), but the point is, you could still send an email if u wish !

Buffalo VO always responded to my mails but when I sent a mail to NYVO last months they asked me to come through my attorney only.

Hi Gaurav,
When did Ottawa receive your Medical results? And do you recall when your address disappeared?

Thanks,

My e-cas address disappeared on 20 December 2011 and received MI +RPRF + request for updated documents (IMM0008 and PCC) this week. My e-cas address has also reappeared this week. I don't know if these events have any relationship or just a speculation.

Cheers...

I dont know if Ottawa has received my Medical Results.Infact How do i know when Ottawa received my Medical Results ?

My Address dissapeared around the Time (Early December) when the ecase started showing "We started processing your case......". not too sure about the precise dates.

It could be just over speculation on my part,Ottawa received my Medicals, and they updated my records internally, which automatically updated the address.

Honestly,i am sure some day we all will be in Canada with PR's and looking back, joke about how Concerned we all were back in days even at the slightest change in our ECase status.

Hi Gaurav,

Hi Vermas,

First of all congrats.. I am new in this forum. I have a question and i need an answer from you or anyone in this forum. We applied for Canadian PR on Jan 11, 2010 and sent the completed documents June 6, 2010. Our file changed to in process Aug 2011 and transferred to NYVO  on Oct 14 , 2011. Based on e-cas our file was reviewed and started processing on Dec 15, 2011, my address disappeared between Dec 20-25 , 2011 and yesterday we got our medical request and RPRF and also, our address reappeared yesterday. My question is this, I am 2months pregnant and I don't know if we can do the medical or if we have to delay it and inform the NYVO? if so, is it possible to keep the medical form and use it after my delivery on Aug 15 , 2012. Any repsponse is greatfully appreciated. thanks you.

regards,

hi rj,

First of all medicals should be done in 120 days (4months) so you can't delay it do it asap as you already got the rprf so pr may be issued in very less time may be in couple of months.
