You could just take it in USD, if you are sending RPRF to your local Canadian consulate.

See the Fees table which I paste link here in my previous post: Not like that, for NY consulate pay in USD$ RPRF. don't worry about the rate of USD to CAD just pay in USD$. OMM Am asking too naive a question.
The Rate of US to Canadian Dollars keep on changing everyday.
So if i create a Money order or a certified cheque in US Dollars,how much do i get it for ?
If not US Dollars,
Is it possible to have Money Order in Canadian Dollars from Walmart?

I got RPRF and FBI report request today. The letter says interview was waived. But no MR yet....What you guys think, should I do advance medicals or wait till they send something for that?
I was also thinking the same way as Gauravbt on the exchange of currency. I got my answer. Thanks all

Hi Janaki, I do not recommend doing medicals now as it might get lost after your file has been transfered to Detroit. Also, they might not ask for it. I think you should wait till they ask for it. All the best |

Best Luck, this is the good sign that VO now worked on your application, if you want to know next BFD you can order caips note, now in your caips note which points missings in elligibility section (Age education language experience etc) you will see that points in your caips note (before in your old caips VO not assigned any points but now you can see in CAIPS note). Send email to your visa office and ask them for medical request. side by side start to get FBI clearance and send RPRF fees. Visa office will send medical request soon. OMM |

If they are working in the file now and they received the CAIPS request; they will stop working till the request is completed. I think it is better to wait or send an email to Detroit. Good Luck |

Even caips is not required if your application process is going smoothly without delay or any issue like rejection or interview call. mostly caips note is requiered during in-process to know why application is delay than mentioned timelines for visa office, incase of rejection, interview call to know why VO reject or call for interview. this is the general msg to anumatri becasue his caips note was blank before nothing in that even no BFD and completely blank (2 caips notes), now he can see all the details once he will order caips note in future. this is not force him to get caips note. OMM OMM,
