Hello Friends,
Does anyone's application was completely processed at Buffalo VO itself, without getting transferred to any other VO (such as Detroitt, LA, NY etc)? If yes, how much time it will take to get the application processed (I saw a new line on my status - "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 24, 2012" )?
Did they identify that I met 67 points?
What are the next steps?
Will the Buffalo VO send the Medical request via e-mail or by ordinary mail?

That's a good news! That means based on the document you provided, they completed preliminary assessment and you have earn at least 67 point. In this stage, most likely they will trust the document And issue Medical form within 10 to 20 days. I don't want to scare you, but in some rare cases they have gone through the background check( degree, work experience and ...) .in some cases, it took 6 months and in some really rare cases it got rejected. Medical report will be send as a regular mail. The next stage after medical is Security check and it takes 2 to 4 months in average. These timeline are just based on my experience or data that other applicants provided in this forum and I'm not sure they are true or not! |

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 17, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
According to GAZZZ I will hear any news from Buffalo in 2-4 months?
GAZZZ and I did medical almost same time.
When I got MR, I was also asked to submit additional documents such as my recent bank statements, updated, original offer letter from my employment and a letter from my previous employment.
Did you receive RPRF when you got MR?

They asked me for RPRF. but don't worry, asking for RPRF is not a positive or negative sign. it's completely neutral. RPRF can be paid even in the last minute. we are in the security check and this stage depends on lots of parameters. just take a back seat and relax. it's almost done. |

I believe from the time they issue the medical report. but keep in mind that Buffalo has increased its time line from 23 to 25. therefore in your case I think you should get PPR lately March and I may get PPR lately April. hope you get it faster than I guess. This is one of the moment that I really like to be wrong! |

My time line is:
We received your application on 8th April 2011 and we reviewed your application and sent you letter (email) on 11th May 2011.
Till then my online ecase status is Received by Visa office.(Buffelo)
Can you tell me from your experience when will they start processing my file. What will be my timeline now on....
Because from Forum i got information they are proceesing Sep - Oct 2010 applications...

So when you expect my medical will come now after increased time line. Do you know, how chimm got medical, is it due to NOC. Best wishes to chimm.  John |
