buffalo sent me my passport for medical check up but what to do after that ?

there was a sticky note over my passports with bad handwritting it says send meds+ return ppto then both to wp send .....
I am applying for work permit as temporary work visa in buffalo ?
dont know what is ppto ? is it the passports ?
or an application

Just what it says.  You need the passport to show the DMP at the medical.  Once you have the medical you return the Passport to Buffalo.
