Hi,everyone,

I sent my passport on aug 20th, and didnt provide them a return express, by today, sep 15, I still haven't  got my passport back yet, is that normal? and does anyone happen to know how long it gonna take if Buffalo mail the passport back by regular mail. now, am getting worried.
