I have read some theards that relate to this question, but want feedback from all who are experienced/waiting for their PR applications to be processed.

I am in US on H1-B and am thinking of applying for Canadian PR (I am sure that I am not the only one in this situation). The big question I am facing in this regard is should I apply in Buffalo or New Delhi.

I would like to invite comments from you all on the following points.

1. I have read on this forum that ND is much faster these days than Buffalo.

2. If for some reason I have to go back to India (current job situation is not very good in US), then transferring application from Buffalo to ND will be difficult (if at all).

3. Document requirements (PCC, etc.) is easier in US or India - not sure.

Thanks!

guys

your choice,...
ND is faster.. But if you are in US .. you get response from Sydney and Buffalo faster.. Processing may be faster..
But again I am not sure how many applications are moving faster in ND, it may be a small percentage..

i m still thinking esp when people in the forum say that expect medical after 1 yr of sumission of documents in buffalo. Whereas, in ND the time line is 2-3 months after the documents r submitted.

i have to opt in my application for NS , so will have to decide soon.
