Hello,
I am in the same situation. I sent medical exams back in April 17, 2012 to Ottawa but my status has not changed since then.
Timeline:
Nova Scotia April 2010
Docs to Buffalo November 2010
Buffalo requesting Fingerprints Jan 2012
Right of Permanent Residence Fee March 2012
Medical Exams April 2012
Now waiting for a request on my passport to get the stamp. Work visa expiring July 30.
I dont know what to do. I emailed Ottawa a couple of time but no reply.
How much is the time I should expect from the time I get the medical exams in to requesting my passport???
I appreciate anybody's response.

Yes, send the documents to CPC-O now instead of Buffalo. Don't delay because it will just delay your application. Don't contact them for further info means don't email them (not don't mail the letter  ) oh canadiana, do u remember me, you had guided me. I am still waiting, no reply from any office, i sended 3 emails to ottawa but still no reply. Its already one one i had sended the package which they already received, but no email or no notification from them. what should i do? should i sit and wait? or sould i do case specific enquiry? please please guide? |

Sit tight. There seems to be a 'pause' on external communication from Ottawa right now - nobody seems to be hearing from Ottawa so it isn't just you |

Feb. 2011 - submitted FSW PR to CIO
March 2011 - Recieve by Bufalo
Now Bufalo is Closed and hoping our papers is in Ottawa..never heared from both Visa case processing Bufalo or Ottawa.. what's going on??

The easiest would be to pay it online and send the receipt you've get via e-mail using the link for RPRF submission at the bottom of http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-after.asp. If you don't hear back within a week or so that it's been processed send it to CPP-O's email for their info at Fax: 613-946-6059 or Email: ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca (there are no case specific enquiries for CPP-O yet) |

I tried to pay online and selected "Case Processing Project Ottawa (CPPO)" but i dont see any "Right of Permanent Residence Fee " option of this location. Thanks
