I am confused here...
I am about to pay my fees (outland application, we live in New Jersey) and I do not know which to choose: Buffalo or Mississauga?
For my medical exam Appendix C, I put Buffalo, NY.
Now I am really worried that was incorrect.

Your help is very much appreciated.

When you pay your fees you choose Mississauga because that is where you will initially send the application.  On the medical you were correct to put Buffalo because that is the visa office processing your file.  So you're perfect!

what a huge sigh of relief!!!  thank you very much.
the stress (and sleepless nights) of completing this application perfectly really makes me second guess myself.
