Hi Guys,

My E-Status shows "In Process". But when I sent Buffalo office an Email They Replied:

Your file is in a queue awaiting initial assessment.  This could take up to 64 weeks from the date we received the application.

My Time Line.. Full Doc. To Buffalo 20 May 2010 .. AOR 13 October 2010 .. In Process Since Feb. 2011.

Is the File Really In Process or not.. who should I Believe??

I am not sure but it seems that you saw in process status when you file has been shifted to their new GCMS system. It's a technical bug. Sometimes email repliers are too generic to decrypt what's going inside.

It's actually not in process--they clearly mentioned that your application is in queue for initial assessment. I'm in the same boat too.

Correct.
IN PROCES with RBVO is not real IN PROCESS.
They do that becose of money.If you decide to withdraw your application they would say "your application was in proces....etc" and we would not give your money back.
Dont forget they are making big big money with their application fees,medical requests,false fast track promisses...etc.We are so naive Cry

I got my 2nd AOR from buffalo dated May 7th 2010, so as of now I might need to wait until Jan 2012... sigh...

Do not believe anyone. Wait for the next move by the VO--they will be in touch when your file is ready for the next step.
