My e-cas continues to show "In Process" since 19 October 2010. Neither request for addl docs nor medical instructions have been received. Hoping for Buffalo VO to start issuing MIs to those who been waiting for long time.

However pending review.I could not get this?

Hi guys,

New here, sent my package to Buffalo NY. Do they send me a letter that they got? ( aka AOR) Which one is AOR 1 and AOR 2? Why would they transfer it to a different visa office? Thanks

Buffalo office is working in some random pattern.

Because one of the my friend he sent his full documents in last week of July 2010.

He never got AOR from Buffalo and last week he got Medical and AOR both together.

any many applicants are still waiting...

Even in my case i did sen full documents in last week of August 2010, they never send me AOR.
But i did send case specific inquiry last week and they replied me that:

We had sent you AOR on December 9, 2010 via email.

I had never got that email from Buffalo, but good thing is because of my inquiry i got my file no which they had sent me in email.

so conclusion is that; we will not have any idea when we will get our MI, I think we need to tell them we are waiting for MI.

Why do you say for Tomorrow?

Is Tuesday a day for email communications?

When Buffalo contacted me twice (AOR & Medicals) it was on a Monday and on a Friday.

I sent an enquiry to Buffalo VO on Friday regarding Medical Instructions and got following reply today:

The medical forms will be sent when the application reaches the appropriate stage in processing.

In other words: Keep guessing and waiting...
