Hmmmmm...seems like all pre-June applicants are stuck. I came to know that pre-June applicants are not likely to be processed in 2012. Is this true?

False, as far as I know, the pre June applications are still moving , but with an abnormally slow speed. |

Hi there,
here is my status to date:
"We received your application for permanent residence on April 8, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 21, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on June 29, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you. "
I then sent another application with additional info as requested to the Buffalo office in September (about 90 days after I received the email from Sydney, NS.) and I haven't heard anything back yet!! Quite frustrating.
Currently my application status is: In Process... And its been like that since summer/fall of 2010!!!
It would be nice to get more feedback from Immigration... Is there really that many files that it takes this long??

Mine timeline is same as yours, just wanna know your current status and is it FSW2?
Is it still in Buffalo Visa office ?
In process outside with Received by Visa office details inside

Hey John,
FSW2 is currently employed in Canada with additional letter from employer right? If yes, then it's FSW2...
Just checked and my status is still the same... Either they don't change it online or there is really nothing happening...

(and that I am not to contact the Seattle office for 90 days...) So we'll see when the next correspondence is happening. What are your timelines? |
