Hi all,

i have applied under FSW in june 2009 and got AOR and request for documents including IELTS in august 2009,sent all documents in September 2009.
after sending the documents i have not heard from them anything till now.
as per the present trend or time lines how many more months do we have to wait to hear from them,i am asking this coz i have somehow arranged money and kept it in bank and need to remove it once my stamping is done so just wanted to get a fair idea of the present time lines.kindly advise.

thanks in advance,

regards,

coolboy;

Have you got your AOR from Buffalo with the new file number ? because we are on the same timeline exactly with the same visa office.

That is wierd, i got my AOR from Buffalo after 28 days from receiving my application.

They received it on Sep 24 2009  and sent me the AOR on Oct 21 2009.

it says,

  Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete

and when i click on it says

We received your application for permanent residence on June 17, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 10, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Are you sure that your application was successfully delivered to Buffalo visa office ?

Which date exactly and which mailing service ? regular post or courier ?

That is the second case i have seen from the united states with a lawyer  who has not recieved an AOR letter from Buffalo, but the other case at least was able to see the change on the online status from CIO eligibility review complete to received by the visa office but without AOR or new file number.
