Hello FireFlySun,

Application for extension without WP may not be approved, however it will give you 3-5 months to stay in Canada under implied status. If your return to your native country, you can have your medical done there. You will have to leave a Canadian address with Buffaclo CG, who can forwared all correspondence to you in your native country.

My WP expired in June 2010 and I am back in my country and above is my plan.

Thank you Vermas for your immediate reply.. I really appreciate that and will take your advise for sure if it may happen. But since I am still legally residing here in Canada up until November, I will try my luck to find another employer and see if I could still stay at least a year so that I may still be able to watch out the progress of my application while I am still staying here....

  I read somewhere here in the forum  u can do advance medicals also , Go to DMP show your 2nd AOR, get the medicals done,
 
  Medical validity is one year so i am sure you will get medical req before that

I don't know about that.. I will search more information about it. I would love to do medical in advance at least to save time.
