So June 30th should be the date where Immigration stops working.. That is the last date when someone gets PPR, so if you dont get PPR in june file has been transferred somewhere! However, I think with those who are in PROCESS shall get the PPR in june as whats the point of changing ecas status if you are transferring? I dont remember anyone who got transferred to ottawa with their ecas changing to in process?
Hopefully, within the next 2 weeks we might hear something!!
I think it might be case to case basis. Some VO's would update the ECAS but some wouldn't bother or probably late. What matters most is for them not to forget sending email or informing the applicant about the PPR. If our files are still in Buffalo, they have to finish it before the end of the month. I guess you are not the only March applicant that's waiting for PPR. So, March and April applicants will get it at the same time ( I assume) and then they will instruct us to send the passport to another visa office. Duh, I am making predictions what's gonna happen next. Maybe becuase I am already going gaga with this Permanent Residency thingy  |

I think there is nothing more than speculation that can be done until we receive our GCMS Notes. There have been applicants who have received emails about transfer to ottawa so I think that is why I am still at Buffalo |
