What is the Visa Office mentioned in the GCMS Notes?
Secondary office is in ottawa...But my medicals will be expiring on September 27th. Does it mean I will have to redo my medicals. |

In your GCMS Notes, which date is the created file date. I believe your due date of sept 21st, might just be 1 year from that date! If that is the case, it means they are hoping to finalize your case by then!

Yes that's right, for Eligiblity, Security, Admissiblity the due date is alwasy 1 year from the file created date. On my GCMS due date for these activities are 15th june 2012 and my GCSM print out date is 6th June... i am still waiting... |

You're welcome.
I think that means your file is currently in transit and it hasnt received by the other office yet. Based on my GCMS notes, my file was in Buffalo first, then it was transferred to Ottawa and finally in Seattle, and those updated dates were probably the time when my file was received by VOs.

You have not crossed the 1 year mark and not has anyone here I believe. The file created date is not the date they received your file but the 1 year starts the date when AOR was issued. Most of us got AOR in Sept so due date is1 year from that date. Hopefully, that is the date by then your file should be complete. |

It does not matter , I think. I would use the address that is stated on the application as mailing address and on the work permit. As you are requesting by email I dont think it should matter. |
