Buffalo applicant- confused about the checklists !!

Hi friends,

I am going to apply from Buffalo soon and a little confused about few requirements considering both of the checklists.

I am arranging all of my papers in two sets according to:

a. the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST-CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE (CIO)- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.PDF 
b. the VISA OFFICE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION -CHECKLIST (BUFFALO)- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf
 
And I am making the checklists as cover letters for the corresponding sets. Here comes the confusion. There are several repeating requirements in the VISA OFFICE SPECIFIC CHEKLIST- BUFFALO such as:

1. all the CIC forms and
2. my passport photocopy

Do I need to reput photocopies of all of the forms and my passport to meet the exact requirements of the individual checklist?

Please let me know what to do.
