I think it may take 3-5 months between the 2nd AOR to request any other documents or at least to change your case to in process. then it may take 2-3 months for the medical request.
Then it may take some thing between 1-4 months for the passport request and visa to be issued.
that what I noticed from the time lines of many people from Buffalo office.

I don't know why I am the only one so far on this thread whose file has gone into "in process" in Buffalo while others' files are being transffered to LA mostly and Detroit and whether it will make any difference in processing times or not.

It Looks like that either Buffalo Transfers files to other (nearest) offices for processing OR it processes them itself. Either way, (looks like) its taking 2 to 4 weeks to either get the file transferred or start processing at the same (Buff) office. Either way its good news isn't it? |
