i think longer, because they had a huge spike of applications in may to june ( pre 26th) .... if u notice zulkfal and the timeline above, they got their second AOR pretty fast after sending all documents to buffalo,
whereas we with our october AOR's waited 5 months to get 2nd AOR

look my progress E-case on cic website:
May 03, 2011 my status In-process from buffalo NY.
E-case before was RBVO. then afetr 1month In-process without information then again RBVO till yesterday morning May/02/2011 when I chcked my E-case.
Today May/03/2011 just I checked and its display now In-process with complete information.
What the hell is going on with buffalo and CIC E-case status page.

We received your application for permanent residence on March 3, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 15, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on April 20, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.
I was happy when I read my case back in "In-process" but when I read all those date and I realized that I got 2nd AOR in November 2010, even I sent my full-documents in August 2010, my e-case was before RBVO and then In-process then after gone in RBVO.
today morning I checked back its In-process again but date are April 2010 ! thats strange for me, how these date appeared April 2010 "In-Process"

himanshu2277 : cool down pal. they are updating their systems to handle this load .. so it would be probably be the reason.. though I am not sure. There have been tons of incidences in the last 1 month where address disappeared. I am reading about the status change for the first time. Hi,
I have applied for PR under skilled workder category back in september 26,2009. I am on a post graduate work permit within Canada. I have only 5 months left on my work permit. So i am in a tight situation.
Its been over 18 months and every time i contact Buffalo office, only reply i get is My application is in process. No time line can be provided. As per immigration website the processing time are given for the Buffalo office is 17 months based on complete application package.
I have completed my medical on my own on November 22, 2011 and sent it for the consideration. (I havent recieved any letter regarding medical)
Any idea what they mean by complete application package? Any one else on the same boat with me? please share your updates? I dont seem to understand what may have gone wrong or this kind of time is usual?
Any responce on this is much appreciated!!
My Time Lines are:
Recieved by CIO, Sydney, NS: September 26, 2009
Acknowledgement Letter from CIO: November 22, 2009
File transferred to the Buffalo office: November 27, 2009
Acknowledgement Letter from Buffalo office: December 2, 2009
Buffalo office started processing: July 22, 2010
there is no news after....

Hello Zulkfal,
Could you please clarify what time line you are refereing by "application filed" date? is it the first application to CIO, Sydney,NS? or is it after getting approval from CIO, when you sent it to BUffalo visa office?
Also, my last update on ECAS file is "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 22, 2010". any idea what does it mean? anyone?
