Any body knows the difference between "Files in process in Buffalo" and transferred to other satelite VO in terms of processing times, intenstity of back ground checks etc? Which one could be faster?

by email. no idea why they transfer my file to LA .e-cas didn't change and it's still the same status after getting my 2nd aor but they did change my current address before they transfer it to LA.

for my understanding it usually take 3-5 months (after receiving 2aor) to have status change or getting any info or request from VO. just relax and wait til you hear from them.
