Yeah Dead silence continues - Buffalo was totally dead during first quarter. Not even single call for Medical or PPR. Its seems like they will give us Visa - when we will senior citizen of our Home country. |

commrads - patience is the key word. Imagine applicants used to wait for 5-6 years. It has been 13 months since my file was transferred to Buffalo. Still waiting for medicals. Whats happening there??

Yes .. if you have been reading this forum daily .. almost every one is "in process" My E-Cas just shows IN-PROCESS ,,but doesn't mention any date of in process.

got my caips notes.. not much in there.. just bfd of april 9 2011 and rmcp check was done and came back with no record found.. what i found weird was that the mcmp name check was done the day the file number got assigned i.e oct 8 and the result of police check had already come back on 13 oct... after that my file wasnt looked since 18 oct.. this cant be the background check can it?

i highly doubt it.. this notes is from before file went into process.. that april 9 is just PPS date.. i cant believe they ask for all documents and actually check them a year later.... anyways the PSDEC, bdec, meddec werent filled .. which means file hasnt even gone into any meaningfull stage,.. can u imagine, a year into processing and the points havent been calculated yet? i'm waiting another month and ordering caips again to see what happened after april 9 bfd..

Hi anuM, Thanks for sharing... my wild guess is your security check is done, just not sure with the background check though... At least the officer requested the rmcp record himself instead of asking you to do and submit it yourself which will cause further delay on your processing right? So just be positive coz I have a feeling that in April 9 they will be sending your MR... crossed finger  Good luck! Hi anuM, Thanks for sharing ur caips details and by seeing ur bfd,I guess my bfd would have been on March 29 2011,approximately 6 months from the date of 2nd AOR.My e-cas is still RBVO,hope to get some positive update soon Good luck to Everyone and hope this Tuesday will bring lot of gudnews!
